Privacy Policy (DPDP Act 2023)

1. Information We Collect

Depending on what you use: name, email, WhatsApp number, and for astrology services your date, time and place of birth. For wellness and circles we may ask optional information such as your goals. We do not ask for photographs, Aadhaar, bank or card details, and we do not store card data on our servers.

2. Purpose of Collection

Only to deliver the service you chose: generating and delivering reports, running programmes and circles, sending the updates you asked for, and handling support. Marketing messages are sent only if you ticked the optional consent box.

3. Health-Related Information

Wellness programmes may involve sharing general goals or routines. Please do not share medical records or diagnoses with us. If you do, we will treat them as sensitive and delete them on request.

4. Retention and Deletion

You may ask us to correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing info@futurealignment.com. We keep data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We never sell or rent personal data. Payment processing is handled by a licensed payment gateway. Email and messaging providers process data on our behalf under agreements. Teachers and circle hosts see only what is needed to run their session.
